    The REAL EMS Champion Belt is an excellent choice for abdominal training. The belt targets the abdomen, waist and sides as well as your lower back muscles at the same time. 

    You can train your muscles using one of 4 modes with 12 intensity levels each: Aerobic Mode, Massage Mode, Muscular Mode & Auto Mode
    Proven clinical result show that the Champion Belt reduces body fat, waist circumference, improving abdominal tone and muscle definition. 

    • Fill the water bottle with water, moisten the pads moderatly, press the pads lightly to support water absorption. 
    • Secure the belt around your waist, ensuring pads are in the desired position. Belt must be touching your skin. Tighten belt with the two extra velcro bands. You should feel some pressure around your waist and feel compression.
    • Turn the belt on with the controller using the 'On'button. Select the desired mode with the "Mode'button.
    • Adjust  the intensity during the 20 minute session using the "up" or "down" buttons.   
    • Hold the "off" button for 2 seconds to turn the controller off.

    A training sessions is 20 minutes long. It is recommended not to exceed the 20 minutes. We recommend 1 to 3 sessions a day, spreading the different sessions evenly over the day.
