The REAL EMS Knee Massager strengthens and massages your knees. Use it for knee muscle relaxation and recovery, but also to strengthen the muscles surrounding your knees.

Product storage & care:
- Fill the water bottle with water, moisten the pads moderatly, gently rub the pads ensure water absorption.
- Wrap the pad around the knee, leaving the knee cap exposed, and secure with the velcro.
- Connect the cable to both pads and connect the controller. Attach the controller at a convenient location.
- Bend your knees and tighten your legs.
- Turn the knee massager on with the controller using the 'on' button. Select the desired mode with the 'Mode' button.
- Adjust the intensity during the 20 minute session using the "up" or "down" buttons.
- Hold the "off" button for 2 seconds to turn the controller off.
A training sessions is 20 minutes long. It is recommended not to exceed the 20 minutes. We recommend 1 to 3 sessions a day, spreading the different sessions evenly over the day.
