    The REAL EMS Shoulder Massager strengthens and massages your shoulders. Use it to improve your posture, stiff shoulders, back pain, relieve deep muscle tension & knots. Provides relieve and relaxation when stressed and after long hours at your desk. 

    Target area: shoulders. 

    You massage your muscles using one of 4 modes with 12 intensity levels each: Pounding massage Mode, Basic massage Mode, Squeezing massage Mode & Auto Mode

    • Fill the water bottle with water, moisten the pads moderatly, gently rub the pads ensure water absorption. 
    • Put the shoulder massager on your shoulders and and secure with the velcro. 
    • Connect the controller and attach it at a convenient location.
    • Select the desired mode with the 'Mode' button.
    • Adjust  the intensity during the 20 minute session using the "up" or "down" buttons.   
    • Hold the "off" button for 2 seconds to turn the controller off.

    A training sessions is 20 minutes long. It is recommended not to exceed the 20 minutes. We recommend 1 to 3 sessions a day, spreading the different sessions evenly over the day.
